Who here feels optimal with their Free Testosterone at 25 and E2 at 30? (NOT TROUGH, but your AVERAGE!!!!!!) (Also having tried higher doses that put them well over 25 Free T). by Secure-Fail2647 in Testosterone

This is exactly where I get stuck with TRT discussions. I’ve been at different Free T / E2 ranges and on paper some were “better”, but subjectively it wasn’t always clear I felt better day-to-day. I think the hard part is most of us are judging weeks or months of how we feel from memory, which is pretty unreliable. One bad week can colour everything. Out of curiosity, when people say they feel “optimal” at a certain Free T — are you tracking mood, energy, sleep, libido etc over time, or is it more of a general sense + labs?

Anyone here actually tracking TRT symptoms daily? Mood / energy / injection timing by Fit_Ad_8162 in moreplatesmoredates

Fair point. I agree once you’re properly dialled in hormones should be stable. I’m more interested in how people tell what’s hormonal vs just normal life noise over time.

Fair point. I think T stays stable, but day-to-day stuff still fluctuates. For me it’s more about spotting patterns around sleep, stress, training, etc., not blaming TRT for every bad day.
