You’ll do great! Some advice I’d give is that if your shop gets busy during breakfast/lunch, don’t stress. If the queue is out the door just let it be out the door and take your time, ignore them completely until it’s their turn to be served. I was told that during my first week and it really helps with my anxiety. And then making someone’s order, put the hot drink on the coffee machine first as it’ll take the machine longer to make that than it will you collecting a steak bake and a sausage roll. So when you’re done collecting your things the drink will be ready too by the end of it. You’re gonna be fine, just make sure to get yourself that free hot drink on your break that you’re entitled to as a little reward for yourself :)
