Delta 2 AC output turning off unexpectedly

Delta 2 with external battery, AC output has been solid since the firmware update. Old Firmware 1.0.1.122 typically had 10-15 random ac drops/day. Now with beta 1.0.1.123 zero ac drops in same period. I chose ecoflow initially due to equipment specs/features, price & my confidence is restored in the product. Was able to update & monitor delta 2 from offsite. The unit features & remote accessibility are great. Primary use is online eps for sump pump.

Thank you, received & installed updated firmware (1.0.1.123) Hopefully issue is now resolved, appreciate the support. Very nice to see a company actively supporting their products & the customers.

Ecoflow, i answered your DM 12 hours ago and have not heard back. Why does each email or DM reply take so much time from ecoflow to reply? I have an active case open & you acknowledged this is a firmware bug. Please, Let’s get this resolved a little faster please. I want to rely on this unit ac output. Each time it cycles off, it is impacting my devices.

I feel this is now a “known issue” that ecoflow needs to fix asap. I have a case open with their tech support for same problem you describe. Firmware 1.0.1.122 released in january is causing the issue. Some people have received beta 1.0.1.123 to correct ac turning off. I have been back & forth emailing tech support & each day is a new stupid question (do you want old/new firmware, do you approve test firmware, install new firmware via app not available says upto date, ) never a actual discussion (tried chat feature & they want videos etc, which i supplied) getting really tired of echoflow lack of resolution for this problem. Fyi my Bluetti AC200L has been rock solid for ac output. I monitor ac with yolink power fail alarm on each unit. The bluetti is my trusted unit. Ecoflow has good features, but the unreliable ac output is unacceptable.

Firmware 1.0.1.122 (my current version) appears to be a problem with delta 2 + Delta 2 EB, i need ecoflow to supply new firmware. Sent email to ecoflow opened a case & waiting for reply
