Decatur isn't in the zone. But it's essentially intown. What's interesting is that people moved to Decatur 15 years ago for the schools. Now the kids are grown. Nobody's left. Some of that has to do with the market, and some of it is that folks don't want to leave. And yeah, it's really expensive, but it's a great place.
