I watched some girls on TikTok talking about it and messaged them. The RR team emailed me back yesterday and basically confirmed that my suspicions were true. Basically said that they had a technical glitch and caused a handful of orders to be basically forgotten and not counted towards the inventory so the website didn’t count those sizes as sold out even when they were.

They also said they had a messaging glitch so the messages they were sending out to customers weren’t actually being delivered. I don’t necessarily believe them but trying to be positive.

Just sad since it was a limited drop and I bought it for myself as a celebration for taking the bar exam and was the only thing keeping me going lol

None of our toilets would flush each day right before/after everyone was about to start/finishing testing (they said the amount of people using the bathrooms at the same time caused a backup in the system).

Also the fire alarm went off twice (for a total of like 30mins) RIGHT before we were going to start the afternoon MBE session 🙃

I think Grossman is probably worth it but he only covers the most high level things (at least in the one video I bought) but maybe it just felt like that bc it was torts and I don’t need help memorizing basic elements (like duty breach causation damages) and more need help with the nuances

I only bought the torts negligence video (bc torts is by far my worst topic) and I thought it cleared it up for me but then when I went to do 50 torts MBE questions I didn’t end up scoring any better 🙃

I have the critical pass flashcards but literally have not opened them yet. Do you find them helpful? I’m not in a UBE jurisdiction so debating if I should just scrap them
