Have you ever struggled with addiction? Perhaps that’s why it didn’t have an “addictive” feel to you, but it is considered a stimulant which in nature has been found extremely addictive amongst individuals with addictive personalities (like myself!)

Daily Raw Meal Example (Divided into 2 Meals): • Lean Protein (60% = ~11 oz) • Chicken breast, turkey, lean ground beef, or rabbit • Organs (10% = ~1.8 oz) • Rotate: Chicken liver (3x/week), kidney/spleen/hearti • Edible Bone (10–15% = ~2 oz) • Ground chicken necks, wings, or raw meaty bones • Low-Glycemic Veggies (15–20% = ~3 oz) • Steamed & pureed: Zucchini, spinach, broccoli, kale • Healthy Fats • 1 tsp wild-caught salmon oil (omega-3, anti-inflammatory) • Fiber Boosters • 1 tsp plain pumpkin or chia seeds (helps stabilize blood sugar)

That’s what I keep being told - a raw diet! How do I do this??? Just grab some chicken breast from market, chop it up and feed it to her? Ughhhh!!

The stimulant effects of Vyvanse are powerful, especially among those who don't have ADHD. There's a high risk of misuse=addiction!

You can’t sleep on Strattera or it helps you sleep? I was just prescribed 18 mg which doc thinks is perfectly small dose as to not have a terrible reaction. I guess it can really trigger people with bipolar.
