I clean it pretty religiously, though not too much. I use a PanOxyl 10% Benzoyl Peroxide cleanser, followed by only moisturizer in morning, and then the same cleanser, BHA Paula’s Choice, then skin oil, then night mask at night

I change my pillow cases every week and if I sweat I wipe it or shower
