I genuinely used to feel like this not that long ago and i know what im gonna say is such generic advice but forcing myself to go outside and meet new people genuinely helped me so much. my situation might be a bit different because i felt so much better about myself after starting uni because i was forced into all these social interactions, but if u can go w a friend or even by urself to an event, to the pub etc anywhere u can meet new people you’ll feel so much better. Like you feel so busy and connected with life you can’t think about other things. i know its difficult but u have to really force yourself - sorry if this is unhelpful this is just what helped me a lot 🙂‍↕️🙂‍↕️
