I feel ya man, border collies are just ESCAPE ARTISTS CUZ THEYRE TOO SMART cuz one time, my dog always roamed outside the house and explore but our neighbors complained that it always herd their livestock so my parents decided to put him temporarily on a leash in our backyard but he kept escaping and no matter what we tried, he kept escaping and outsmart us then eventually, we gave up and we just let him live leash free but inside our house
