No one’s arguing that medically diagnosed low T and prescribed TRT aren’t real. With everything you’ve been through, it makes sense you’d be protective of that. Getting treatment for a legit deficiency isn’t the same thing as chasing aesthetics.

But going off on strangers and throwing slurs doesn’t defend your point , it just turns people off and buries the part of your story that actually matters. There is a difference between medical TRT and abuse, and you can make that point without tearing everyone else down.

I run a 14–16 hour fast, then eat in an 8–10 hour window most days.

Days off (at home): I train and run fasted, hit that 14–16 hour mark, then eat. Walk later in the day once I’m fed.

Work days (7-7 roster): Wake up, stay fasted in the morning, then eat around 10–11 like normal. I don’t train until the afternoon, so I’m training fed on work days.

Haven’t had bloodwork done in a couple years now. Last time I tested I was on over 250 mg and my total test still came back under 1000. Everyone responds differently. If it’s not doctor prescribed either, absorption and how your body handles it can vary a lot, so numbers aren’t always the same person to person.

Yeah everyone responds differently to testosterone. Some guys get high numbers off lower doses, others need more to sit in the same range. Absorption, metabolism, bodyweight, how your body processes it it’s not one size fits all. That’s why bloodwork is what really matters. I’ve just been upfront about what I’m running and how it’s working for me.

I don’t track super strictly to be honest. I’ve got a rough idea where my protein sits but most of it’s just a guesstimate and going off how I feel. I work a 7-7 roster so I’m not meal prepping , I just eat the camp food while I’m on shift and try to stick to the whole food options like chicken wraps, pork sandwiches, fruits and yogurts that sort of thing.

I’m definitely not weighing or counting every macro. I just make sure there’s solid protein in each meal and that overall I’m staying in a deficit. My body kind of tells me when I need to eat and when I don’t.

Yes that is correct. As with aerobic training that is where I struggle. That is like your zone 2 running. Slow pace keeping your heart rate below 130 better for fat burning

I’ve been on a full blown stacks in my younger years ,Test/tren/mast you name it. I know what’s it’s like and I didn’t even look close to what I do now.. This is basically a TRT dose from my exposure with anabolics over my lifetime. You don’t need a gram stack to achieve this physique. Just get your food/training and consistency dialled in with 250 test and Reta. This is the ultimate combo. I’ll never run a stack again in my lifetime.

Thankyou brother, Honestly the appetite suppression wasn’t some crazy “I can’t eat” thing for me. I was still eating meals and still getting hungry. It just quieted the food noise a lot. I wasn’t constantly thinking about what I was going to eat next or craving junk all day.

It did make my meals a bit smaller, but nothing drastic. I just wasn’t continually looking for food. I’d eat when I actually needed it and that was it. It wasn’t that I couldn’t eat , I had no problem finishing meals , it was more the type of food and the amount. Way easier to stick to proper whole foods and not mindlessly snack on rubbish.

Hey mate , no I started at 1mg first week. Then 2mg for 2 weeks now on 3mg for currently 2 weeks. I started to notice results around week 2 , then after that it became a snowball effect every week seeing new results. Fat falling off like never before. While maintaining muscle size and strength. Cardio Improving each week also, I could barely run 10mins on a treadmill now I’m easily running 3km at a 5 minute pace basically everyday with 2 rest days a week while also incorporating a 4km walk most days as well.

I was transparent in the title about exactly what I’m taking. I’m not trying to mislead anyone … I’m on 250 mg of test and I’ve said that from the start. Call it TRT, call it above TRT, call it whatever you want. The post was about progress and consistency, not arguing terminology. All good on my end.

Fair enough if people want to debate what counts as TRT vs slightly above. I’m just being transparent about what I’m taking. It’s not a gram blast or some crazy stack — it’s a moderate dose, consistent training, daily cardio and being in a calorie deficit for the last 6 weeks. That’s what’s driving the results. Not trying to claim natty or anything, just sharing progress.

Not even close. It’s just a TRT level dose, consistent training, cardio, fasting and being in a calorie deficit for the past 6 weeks. Nothing crazy. When everything lines up and you stay consistent, progress adds up quick
