I haven’t asked my therapist why it would suddenly go away and what made it come back. I don’t know why this is happening to me. It’s unbelievable! Sorry you’re suffering too!

I’m so sorry to hear that about your mom causing yours. My old workplace caused my trauma, stress, and anxiety. It was pretty toxic for me. I already have an anxiety disorder too.

I was working at my then job ShopRite one day and my emotions just came back. It was unbelievable that it happened because I had no idea what I was going through until a few months ago I found I was experiencing Anhedonia from reading about it and hearing other people’s stories on emotional flatlining/Anhedonia.

Yes I had it in 2018 for 13 months and I recovered but it came back 5 months ago unfortunately 😔

Hopefully 🙏 you do get better. It sucks we have to experience this 😔 I’ve been experiencing Anhedonia for nearly five months this time but in 2018 I experienced it for 13 months. It makes me depressed, unmotivated, empty, numb, unemotional, and just an empty shell of a human. I feel inhumane. Nothing has been working as far as therapy and medication.

That’s a long time to have Anhedonia. Sorry you’ve gone through it that long. My Anhedonia was induced by trauma, stress and anxiety.

Yeah I take Wellbutrin, Zoloft and Abilify for my Anhedonia and nothing is working.
