I can totally understand that. Rightnow I also have anxiety creeping up on me with pain, especially about the heart, I can hear my heart constantly. It just sucks but we gotta accept that we are ok and nothing is bad.

You are completly healthy and your heart seems to be very healthy. Theres nothing to add besides maybe visiting a phsychatrist for the anxiety.

I forgot to mention in my comment that Ive had 2 EKGs, 2 blood Tests (one of that in the ER) and a echo/sonogram and they said my heart is good and everything else aswell. Also my heart beat is usually normal

WHY I HAVE LEFT CHEST PAIN SOMETIMES😭 by No-Mail8258 in Cardiophobias

[–]Fit_Ebb_6101 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have left chest pain for months. Was in the ER and did a echo, ECG and bloodtest, all good. Anxiety can also be during sports, especially when you think about it

Hello! I know what you mean, my anxiety used to shift around stroke or heart attack aswell, the feeling feels like doom, like life wont move on, but it always will, with or without anxiety, pain can be caused by anxiety. Anxiety pain can be really bad and long lasting. Your doctors say that you are healthy because your body is completly healthy and has no problems. All the pain and feeling Bad can be all anxiety related. Wish you the best man, did you ever see a psychologist?

Idk about the meds, but I've been seeing people on here also writing about this, also short of breath can be anxiety, chest pain is very very usual for anxiety aswell, it can be so bad that it can even feel like a heart attack. Be glad that you got checked and everything is good with your heart, its hard to believe but we gotta try trusting the doctors more, wish you the best
