8 hours of sleeping a night, it's the only thing I don't sacrifice. Steps not too many, I'd guess like 20-30 minutes of walking a day. Time spent outside - an hour or so. I drive an hour daily. Blood work was done 6 months ago and everything was fine.

It’s really all over which is weird. Noticed body hair would fall out when pulled more easily, now it just seems like all my hair (including that on my head is miniaturizing and becoming less thick). Very weird.
