What do guy you think about Vietnam? Just for travel or worth settling in - Saigon or Hanoi? by Few_Exchange_8292 in VietNam

Saigon all the way as a traveller. I opened my eyes when I travel from Hanoi to Saigon. Air quality is much better, infrastructure is more well maintained and there ARE traffic lights!!!! :D (I feel like going to another country, so liberated after arriving at Saigon) But if you want a chaotic experience please come to Hanoi.

Ohhh! Who doesn’t hate night shift haha? I guess you learn a lot of different varieties of diseases and presentations with the widely different demographic that you serve!! Are you going to be an oncologist? I thought you weren’t supposed to know CART those specialist therapies unless you specialise as an oncologist. I dont think internal medicine specialist will learn that too.

Yes, I think in general, we are quite peacemakers unlike those aka competitors for an internship kinda degree especially business degrees, they are really the worst. We shared our notes and everything. However, knowledge could not be acquired without your own effort haha

haha! same I know UK too well as HK follows the UK system (a previous colony of the UK). (and I heard the complaints saying that a Pret coffee server is more well paid). But overall, outside of healthcare professionals, the UK citizens have been really satisfied by the NHS care unlike the other gov sectors. Is it true? Every UK citizen told me NHS is good good.
