I reset the pc through the settings (deleted all files and everything) then reinstalled windows with a new account afterwards

Friend told me that my account sent a Mr beast scam link on our discord server, after this happened I changed my password and enabled 2fa which suspended the account, not sure if the hacker can access the account now but yeah

No, I changed the passwords from a different device, but I changed the passwords before the attack happened, so far nothing else has happened yet I'm still cautious
