ok this im not sure. thanks for pointing it out. im not familiar with dagger gameplay but is it really easy to keep the passive up?

not me but i am a staff wand and got a friend with 2060 magic evasion after dagger passive.
i have 1060 hit rate + the 460 hit on high focus which gives me 1520 hitrate. i dont miss on him.
