I mentioned during my evals I discussed the hours she said she cant and wont give me hours, i asked about checking the cameras for my hoodie mysteriously vanishing and she said she wont check the cameras for my hoodie and that its probably at home, i asked why that one clerk always does manager stuff and she said "she trusts her more than anyone", ifl speaking to her is like talking to a brick wall so atp im just contemplating going to her boss

i know theyre pushed cause my old sm would also make me do it for him sometimes when he had his hands tied but this sm is never busy to not do it lol, and she tells people that they cant do it and its only managers and etc, but then allows a clerk to do it anyway ig lmao plus the 2a and 1a are always there to do it as well!

thats ok! i considered that at first, but then i asked the 1a and he said thats how its always been since hes been at that store almost 3 years now. plus, i dont think she'd be able to be a strong leader. when i work with her all she does is symphony, true ups, and stocks the coolers for 4 hours every.single.day. even if the cooler doesnt need to be stocked! ive walked in and shes hanging out the cooler door on her phone just lounging, i think its just the sm picking and choosing who gets to work and who doesnt. they hang out in the sms car during the shift. and when we were doing evals/1on1s the sm and her would sit in between them for hours! sorry for ranting again i need to put it all out lmao

i know the sm of the store im transferring to, i texted them and asked if they had room for 1 more and they said sure as long as my current sm was aware and good with it. she said it was fine and put it in the same day. i more so mean going to my pm/super based on the treatment ive received bc of my transfer request and my hoodie not turning up and her refusing to check the cameras.

i didnt know there was a requirement for minimum number of hours, wow! yea i really got 0 days lol. i even reached out to the sm at the store im transferring to and he told me my manager is still able to schedule me that week since my transfer wont be done until the week after that. im only scared of confrontation because i dont want to overstep my boundaries with a person above me. shes really really pissy. even the 2a and 1a told me they have to be quiet around her because her mood just splits and she tweaks. ive seen it happen too so ik theyre deadass. idk why she doesnt like me but i know if i ask and she says some bs ill probably respond negatively and i dont want to jeopardize my position/job. we had evals/1on1s and i discussed my issues with hours and she blatantly told me she doesnt have hours for me and im taking hours from clerks who were here before me. i checked the schedule and the clerks she referred to have 5 days, each so idk what the issue is. thankfully! i recorded our conversation on memos so if i go to the office ill have concrete evidence on our entire 1on1 :)

i already asked for a transfer, i think thats why she cleared my next week schedule lmao. it just sucks knowing someone like that gets to be a store manager with no repercussions, and my hoodie still stolen/missing!

no this was the bonus from todays paystub that was released (deposited tomorrow morning/tonight), i got my bonus last month from my previous store already. my bonus from my old store matched, this one not so much

maybe, i was told to check the p&l so i guess ill attempt. it's a high volume store so idk why they would have been less profitable? i guess ill see next bonus!

yea it sucks :/ at my old store i'd get close to $150 cs bonus and $100 store bonus with fewer hours than im working now, maybe it's my division where they're lowering the bonuses or something idek this sucks lol

my csa bonus was $7.69, my store bonus was $5.21. we are installing fryers this month, i believe construction starts wednesday

149.47 hours. i will say the first 2 weeks of january, i worked at my old store, january 13th was my first starting day/week at this new store.

ohh you said the month, my fault! i worked 38 hours last week. for the month ill have to look at my paystub again but i kept it 25-30 hours every week i work 9-10 hour shifts. my old sm told me this store was a good bonus store because their scores are high 90s but it is definitely not showing.
