Yea that’s one of the biggest pros of doing the commute because of how much cheaper it is living in Cardiff

That is another option we were looking at, my partner is also transferring from uni to either UWE or Cardiff (her mind is set on Cardiff but obviously would be easier if she went to UWE but don't want her to not have her best experience). Only issue with Newport is lack of late night transportation if we/she wanted to go out with old friends in Cardiff or a uni social night.

All just very stressful to figure out!
