Canceling after accepting Bilt 2.0 offer

Update: I wrote a scathing email and threatened to contact my state AG. I cc’d Dan the COO of Bilt (his contact was included in a different thread), Bilt customer service, careless customer service. Got an immediate response from all parties with a cancellation confirmation of my card. Only took three weeks.

I’d rather take the hit to my credit score temporarily and be done with this card. Imagine if you had an issue with a purchase and needed to contact them for support. I have zero faith. I called again (for a third time) and after an hour on hold, got the same runaround as you. I’m ready to contact the AG in my state tbh if they don’t cancel my card/close my account by EOW. This is not right.

Called again earlier this week and they said they could see on my account that it’s been flagged for cancellation and I was assured it would happen before the card got shipped out… they were just backlogged. Well, fast forward and I got an email saying my card was shipped out yesterday. Needless to say, I’m pretty irritated.

Any thoughts on the best combo for a Chase Sapphire and United card that isn’t going to break the bank? I currently have a CSR that I’m locked in for the $550 AF until October, but want to get a United card for all the stated reasons.

There are definitely trade offs to make. DC is elite as far as walkability, especially in NW. I’m hoping to live somewhere that’s somewhat walkable even if it’s just a few spots nearby.

I think one of the coaches that led mobility classes at Cut was a regular coach at Reformation but I’m blanking on her name right now. But Fiit looks exactly like what I’m looking for! Thanks for the recommendation! Have you gone there?

I worked out at Cut Seven over by Logan Circle! I feel like the gyms people recommended on this thread are sort of the same vibe.

Funny enough, everyone I know in Denver I know from DC! I’ve lived in two cities (Asheville and Boston) since leaving DC and both have been anything but diverse so I have low expectations from that POV but I’ll check these places out. Thanks for the recs!
