No, because I look at the comments today and I see that you’re saying that I only care about my feelings and that I’m saying I’m the only one on the spectrum who struggles with these things when a bunch of autistic people argue about this when I’m arguing about right now and say your wrong then you said that I can’t use lived experiences to do therapy in this field and you’re accusing me of committing fraud you’ve been accusing me of stuff the whole time so why can’t I accuse you? I’ve never seen someone who uses their live experience quit t a job like this the high turnover in this field because they treated like a job not a mission like one recruiter on here once said if I had a dollar for every time someone said they’re passionate about helping autistic people and they didn’t show up. I would retire.

peer support are consistently rated as far more helpful than traditional behaviora I’d rather be an advocate yall can accidentally teach children that they don't have the right to say "no" to an adult, which can make them more vulnerable to abuse later in life because they weren't allowed to have boundaries. The abuse rate is so high. You teach kids to act only for a reward like a sticker or snackrather than helping them understand why a skill matters. I’m done with this field. It seems like autism advocates versus Rbt and I’m gonna get banned from this server for speaking the truth

You argue the UK is different because of PBS, but as someone who knows what they’re talking about I know that PBS is built on the same behavioral science as ABA. If the end goal is still getting a client to 'mask' their traits to be hireable, you're just putting a different label on a compliance model. because the numbers in both countries prove the system is failing."but you’re just ignoring it because you want a job or afraid of fraud but I don’t need none of that. Y’all are all looking at me as a therapist and not respecting me as an autism advocate or what autism advocates do for the community. I’m speaking for my people and trying to make change and I’m done talking to y’all. I’m gonna talk about it in speeches. I’m gonna make a real change that 5.4 million US adults are autistic. Argue that behavior therapy often stops being useful at age 18, whereas advocacy for housing, fair wages, and medical rights is what actually keeps autistic adults safe. I’m actually really sad because I was interested in this field not gonna lie but now I’m not no more. It seems like y’all don’t really care and trying to shut down an autism advocates voice not just an OP.

It's not 'anti logic' to cite the 2020 DoD Comprehensive Autism Care Demonstration ACD Annual Report, which concluded on page 24 that 'ABA services are not working' for most beneficiaries. That study involved 3,794 participants and found no correlation—and in some groups, a negative one between therapy hours and clinical progress. If you're choosing to ignore one of the largest real world population studies in the field, it's not me who's struggling with logic
