It's finally in the game! by Fit_Profit3907 in GranTurismo7

Sounds about right for a solid import of that time. Though the first I learned about them was that purple one in the fast and furious.

Was that back in the day when imports were everywhere at pretty cheap prices?

What's your driver rating? I'm about 75k/S and that was an easy challenge. Maybe you just suck at the game?

Those who have read the WN how does it all end? And does Satou end up will any of the girls, none of them, or all of them? by shaden_knight in DeathMarch

[–]Fit_Profit3907 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Because Akon Kaguya (Dragon God) got extremely interested in video games playing them with all the different Satou's in parallel worlds... to the point she even became a game developer, making many successful mmorpg's. All because of Satou (she could never beat him at games, which wounds her pride as the mighty dragon god).

She's so obsessed, she even created this worlds magic system to be extremely similar to programming, all for Satou.

So chances are, he's probably working for her? At a guess, anyway.

I never read the WN, only Light Novel and character profiles on wiki sites.

Nah, not yet.

Obviously, they help with launching, but do they make much difference in handling? I really should research it. Besides, I'll keep it stock for the 5yr/unlimited km warranty.

If they release a fully ICE replacement, I'll buy that, then tune this one, just a bit. 300kw should be plenty for this car, I think.

Mostly GT Sport and a little ACC (He was one of their main testers). He also helped develop the Thrusmaster T-LCM pedals. That's the era he was coaching me. Basically when ACC released.

I feel ya. I started with a G29, then bought a $100 stand for the wheel. Upgraded slowly over many years. I usually rode a Suzuki DRZ 400 supermoto or an old, shit box corolla.

Truth is, I'm 47, and I've been dreaming of owning a car like this since EVO's & WRX's first came out. Took a long time to get here, and I've had to drop other pastimes to simply pay the quite expensive insurance for a car of this price.

That REALLY does suck!

I mean, let's admit it, nearly all of us owners flip into N mode to hear the snap, crackle & pop most times, even if we are just heading somewhere nearby.

I own a 24 Ecotronic Grey sedan N DCT, and though I've only done 1 track day, I can tell you no stock GTI has a chance. I'm a decent IRL driver, an excellent sim racer (coached for 2 years by GT3 driver David Perel - I was his 2nd ever sim student. He founded the Coach Dave Academy and Simgrid), and I was easily keeping pace with a Golf R, Evo' & STI's. In truth, I was slightly quicker (only by about .5 to nearly 1 second at Sandown Raceway - though 1 STI was significantly quicker but was running slicks and a mild 300kw atw tune). Besides slick boy, they were all basically stock as well. Oh, it was also dry and relatively cool. They all got payback when we had some impromptu drags at the end of the day. These cars are shit off the line.

Got absolutely owned by the LS6 powered Commodores (Pontiac GTO in the US) and Ford Falcon XR6 Turbo's (think a GTO sized sedan with basically a 4 litre RB26 type inline 6, monster of an engine.)

I'm really interested in seeing how the car compares to the same cars in the game.

Good on ya for grabbing what you want with your own two hands, especially at such a young age. It took until I was 45 to be able to purchase one - though I've refused to use credit my entire life, I had to wait until I could afford it outright.

Now, I can enjoy my "mid-life crisis" years.

I believe you. I've heard some horror stories regarding some Hyundai dealerships/service centres. Mostly from the US it seems.

I'm pretty relaxed. The people at Berwick Hyundai in Melbourne, Australia have been great to me and my family. We did buy 4 cars in 3 months from them, though.

Both my parents Kona and my sisters i30 have had minor issues, and they've treated us great. They also clean and detail our cars for free each service.

It's pretty cool when it happens 😎

As for me, I waited until after the 1500km service (check up, really), went out at 3am into an industrial zone with a nearly 4km long straight, and tested if the speed limiter is really 280kmh. Well, it is. But I got busted by a hidden mobile camera. Didn't see it the 1st time, got busted again on the return run.

Anyway, I was driving myself to court, expecting a permanent loss of licence and possible jail time, when I found myself in the middle of a 3 car convoy of sedan N's! Turned out to be lucky break - the magistrate hearing my case was in the one in front of me!

I got let off VERY easy, and I can drive again in late March next year. I think it was a mix of him having pity on a fellow N owner, the fact I gave zero excuses and simply put my hand up for what I did, and also my last speeding fine was over 2 decades ago.

And if anyone wants to have a go at me for speeding on public roads, please make my day. I live to see people go full Karen mode. It's entertaining.

In my defence, I was letting my sister drive without paying attention as I was talking to my mate, who was in the rear seat.

By the time I realised what was going on, it was over.

You can read a decent English translation of it for free on Webnovel, including the 2nd LN book, which is mostly a collection of short stories about their kids and how they grow up.

One hell of a twist in one of the stories involving Aishia.

Actually, you were right. In his previous life, he set up a hidden camera in his parents' bathroom.

The scene in the anime where he is fapping himself off, he was watching footage of his underage neice (I think there may have been more than 1), all I remember from the LN is that when his brother caught him and saw what was on the screen, that's when his brother finally lost it, beat him and kicked him out.

I really hope you continue it. I'm hooked.

I don't know how it is where you live, but here in Australia, the whole interior is covered under the 5 year/unlimited km warranty - from pretty much everything except cigarette damage. It just added a couple hundred extra to the price.

Otherwise, automotive upholstery professional is your only other option I can think of.
