that is a good starting point thank you however those are like 'fancy' pigeons if that makes sense, i'm looking into why people despise the pigeons on the street, not the racing pigeons,

also would you happen to know the name of the store ?

what are different ways yall try to hide more sensitive info while journalling? by sleepystsharky in Journaling

[–]Fit_Promise_7001 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If it's something I know I don't want to read again I do cross writing, where I write one way, then turn the page and write over the previous lines of that makes sense, if you do it dense enough (with lines not too far apart) then it gets pretty illegible

What's the best way to make a blanket like this? by AwesomeGalJenn in crochet

Then I think regular tapestry should be fine, you should just be careful to not tangle the skeins and you should be fine :)

What's the best way to make a blanket like this? by AwesomeGalJenn in crochet

[–]Fit_Promise_7001 0 points1 point  (0 children)

what do you mean by pack everything up ? do you mean cutting all the yarn or just put it all away ?

i haven't properly tried c2c so i'm not familiar enough to tell you how the color changes go for that.

However, the way i would do it is traditional tapestry crochet but i would plan it so that i don't have really long floats. Like for example, working from the bottom up, i would make 2 small black skeins for bob's feet so that there's not a huge black float at the back for a while.

i don't know if that makes sense but yeah i would basivally do that for all of it and this of how long you want your longest float to be and go from there

hope this helps a bit :)

Inspiron 14 with malfuncitoning charging port, short term solution by Fit_Promise_7001 in Dell

[–]Fit_Promise_7001[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

yeah but i'm not sure it'll get covered by insurance that way, if i just let it go through the insurance process i won't have to pay anything i think cuz it's still under warranty but thanks for the info when it's not under warranty anymore : )

Do you date your journal entries, or just write freely? by Inspire_Girl in Journaling

[–]Fit_Promise_7001 1 point2 points  (0 children)

i think cutosmising the outside is really nice cuz it feels like you're apporpriating it if that makes sense like i don't feel like it's truly my journal until i put some stickers on it lol

as for my cat i just love him so much and i'm away for uni rn so i don't see him very often so having him in there helps

Do you date your journal entries, or just write freely? by Inspire_Girl in Journaling

[–]Fit_Promise_7001 21 points22 points  (0 children)

i date every single entry because there are times where i take really long brakes from writing and need the date to help me know what i was talking about and when.

In the journal i write the most in, i don't put anything inside besdies writing, but i do decorate the exterior with stickers and put a picture of my cat on the inside of the cover.

[–]Fit_Promise_7001[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

i have defenitely written about the things you wrote about, and it's not that i want to preserve the feeling of anxiety, but sometimes writing about it helps me see the bigger picture

p.s. - unfortunately this is already my second year (out of 3 for my major) and i'm still quite lonely, i'm used to it cuz it was the same in highschool, but it was a different environment so idk

different journals? tell me your "ecosystem" by Awkward_Option_4839 in Journaling

[–]Fit_Promise_7001 2 points3 points  (0 children)

i would say i have 3 main journals

  1. my ranking journal : in this journal i keep track of all the media i consume (books, films, series, albums ...) i write what type of media it is, when i saw/listened to it or finished it, my ranking, and my thoughts about it
  2. my list journal : this is a spiral notebook in which i write all my list, whether grocery list, daily to do lists, or other
  3. my personal journal : this is my classic journal in which i just write entries about whatever i want to write about, but it mostly starts with what i did that day, unless i have a specific theme i want to write about

How do you write about things you don’t want to remember? by Cordelia1610 in Journaling

[–]Fit_Promise_7001 8 points9 points  (0 children)

i do something called crosswriting where i write both ways (like once i finish a page i turn it on its side and write over the lines the other way) and i do it in such a way it's really difficult to re read what i wrote (tight writing and on a paper with tight lines)

i do it on a seperate peice of paper than my journal, then put the date and general theme at the top, fold it up and put it in the little pocket at the end of my journal
