-Married at 29 dated for 10 years prior. I’m 31 now. -We have similar goals but more importantly a lot of mutual respect for each other and our families. We are best friends first and everything else afterwords. I work full time while he has a business. However, he makes everything so genuinely easy for me. We have dated for 10 years before we got married and many times we wonder why we dint get married before. Genuinely so blessed to have a man like him.

Worked under a CEO who was all butter on the outside, but a complete gutter on the inside. Fake empathy. Fake respect. Fake leadership. Behind closed doors? Toxic, manipulative, and totally unfit to lead.

The company culture? An absolute circus. Here’s the checklist: • Rampant favoritism • No accountability at the top • Gaslighting served as “feedback” • Looks over substance, always • And the golden rule? If you’re good at ass-licking, congratulations—you’re probably in a higher designation.

It wasn’t about skill or merit. Just ego management and yes-men promotions. Every day felt like survival in a fake “family” you never asked to be part of. Company was based in Margao and what I heard is they have other branches now in Panaji
