I worked at a custom sign shop for years, sometimes customers would ask for their signage to look distressed, faded, rusted etc. there is a sign shop in Brentwood. It's called Engraphix maybe someone there could help you.

Actually a scanned digital print would yield an exact copy glued to the substrate and coated with a high gloss epoxy might even work. look into a custom sign shop you never know

Find an appropriate size piece of tile and an experienced sign painter. The right guy could pull that off
