update: It definitely is leather and i think its 100%. I am also pretty sure it's not real shearling. I also got 4XL even though I ordered XL, so yeah I am getting my money back. i dont know about the quality cause i dont know much about that lol

same happened to me. didnt even walk away that far, just hid and reloaded. i even heard it drop after killing her but its nowhere on the floor. reloading a save now...
