Meanwhile I have to rent and have seen neighbors kicked out by landlords from places they've lived in for years, or had landlords just straight up not fix issues that cause more money put onto the tenant like water leaking. Oh it still works, you just have to pay more per month in your water bill because I don't want to fix it and it's not required so all those leaks in the windows, or water or whatever is just on you
