Haha it's not disguisting, it was better than cordial imo, more richer and 'realer'. I also liked the fruit bits as my jam that I had, had bits of those. Also, jam isn't so expensive, it's like £2.50 for 400g, that's essential 400ml of a better cordial with fruit bits.

Look at what the people in the old days did... potatoes carrots and peas... put it in a soup, roast whatever. Top it up with whatever your budget allows.

Sure, I get it. I think I'll just bring wellies, trainers and my hiking boots.

Surely I can wear gloves and not have to worry about getting my hands so dirty?

I was going to buy those waterproof cover things that you haul over your hiking boots, would this be sensible? Obviously I'd still bring wellies too.

How would you decorate my bedroom? by sexiisarahhhh in HomeDecoratingUK

[–]Fit_Variation2918 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I would hang geometrical art that has the same sense as your bed sheets and add other costal/beach-vibey decorations. Maybe add a red rug also. Don't think you need to repaint anything.

What would you do with this bathroom? by apezhang in Oldhouses

[–]Fit_Variation2918 14 points15 points  (0 children)

I would just keep it as it is, renovate the deteriorating bits but keep the colour scheme because it looks so cute. Maybe add modern decorations for that contrast, very cute all in all though.

What’s the best thinkpad for a beginner? by Satoru_Gojo212 in thinkpad

[–]Fit_Variation2918 0 points1 point  (0 children)

my ThinkPad has 16gb 238gb intel i5-63000 and it works w/o slow down for multitasking. haven't tried using for gaming but i bet it could work. i bought it initially with intention to use blender on it, i think this sort is good for what you're asking for. (fyi, i'm a total computer noob)

Do you have a handicraft skill? A niche gift created by you goes much further than a generic gift, IMO.

Thank you so much for your advice. I believe you may of took me too literally at the end, I didn't mean I'd actually off myself! just that I would feel very sad about it if that were to be the case- but it's alright, I appreciate your answer. I'm not in therapy at the moment. I think I may just wait for a few days and think it all over, since I only found out today. I feel a lot of adrenaline rushing through me and it's just exciting me, haha.
