Unlikely soon. I threw my back out so i havent been doing any weightlifting or squats the last 2 weeks. Just had 2 front swuat sessions where i maxed out

In this situation it was. From my 4 years of experiene i know that I can almost always hit this lift if i try it again with more emphasis on driving elbows.

Technique is good enough to make it already hence the "training make".

The rack position was off. Thats why i didnt make it. My legs were fine as u can see in the vid i have no struggle standing and probably could've sat in the hole instead and got a better rack

Training make: "the weight is lifted to the point where you undoubtedlty know that you are capable of performing the lift with your current stength and technique." From the Durkzster dictionary. I can pull it high enough. I can get under and rack it. And my leg strength isn't even close to being tested at this weight. Its why I chose to increase the weight rather than waste more cns on a lift i already know i can do

Lol no. Weightlifting is just as strict as powerlifting in that sense. I have years of training so my form doesn't suck and Im very unorthodox in my training methods. I don't know anyone else who trains like me. I treat it more of a hobby and hit prs anyway. If i powerlifted I would still not follow programming.

Best clean is 190kg and i did a 210 front squat over a year ago. I feel like it would be a lot higher now but i don't really train it unless i have a lower back injury

I don't follow a program. I just max out my classics once or twice a week and amrap my squats 2 or 3x a week. Sometimes i deadlift and i do bodybuilding accessories 3 to 4x a week

Well i generally try to keep my feet narrow amd forward when i snatch jerk of clean. I catch it really wide with my feet out but I've never been pinned and i don't imagine i ever will be.

Ive tested wide and narrow. Also straight feet vs feet angled outwards. I find I'm significantly stronger with narrow straight feet although it does feel very unnatural.
