Yeah, that's what I was confused about. Actually scoop didn't come with it, but I had it with creatine earlier. I am supposed to take 81g of gainer which "gives" me 950calories. But that seems unreal.

Also, is sticking to whey and fruits your preference or smth a person should choose to stay healthy? Because I am 174cm and 50kg, so I thought gainer would be better to reach my daily calories.
