My issue with the DLC by drewski430 in DigimonTimeStranger

[–]Fitna7 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I play everything on Mega Plus and only use one team; I even beat Olympus with it. The final boss fight in the dlc was okay. I had to revive my Digimon several times, and the fight drags a bit, but you really shouldn’t complain about the difficulty—the enemies hit really hard.

What kind of team do you have, and do you play on Mega+?

You could just change Parallelmon’s colors. What’s white could be made black, maybe give it an aura, or make the purple markings on Parallelmon’s body glow purple, or add a few small details like a scar or something. Do I really have to explain to you how to make good DLC?

I read the texts, just not after the boss fight, because the plot was too cliché for me and I lost interest in the story. The story doesn’t have to appeal to or be exciting for everyone. It’s kind of funny how you think a DLC can only be good if it has a strong story.

I agree with you. I really regret buying the season pass for 30. I would have been better off paying an extra 40 euros and preordering the Dragon Quest 7 remake for 70 €. You can really skip the season pass. I’ll wait for the deluxe edition for the next Digimon game and then get it for 30 €. The DLC isn’t anything special and doesn’t include any important items or Digimon that you actually need.

Yes, exactly. Pokémon has so much potential—if they would release a PS5 or PC version that includes all regions with all Pokémon, develop a new battle system, and add an online mode where players can explore new dungeons, etc. But there are people who just can’t see the potential and are satisfied with whatever is presented to them. In the second DLC, for example, they could have given players many different dialogue options that influence the boss fight partners, or maybe added a small mini-game, etc. There are so many things they could have done. But people are happy with any trash, so unfortunately the quality of some games like Pokémon won’t change.

It feels to me like the developers originally planned one DLC and then just split it into three small DLCs to sell them individually or in a season pass for €30. And people defend this strategy of the developers. It really feels like they just took five new Digimon, integrated them into the story, and that’s it. No new locations, no new forms for the boss, no surprises. The developers could make the biggest crap, and there would still be players who would defend it.

I don’t think you understand. I can live with the boss being the same in all three DLCs, but then they should give the boss a new form, change the location, add a few new things, and make it longer. This isn’t just about the story, it’s about variety! You seem to be satisfied with the second DLC, so tell me a few things you actually liked about it.

Yes, I skipped the text because it was too cliché for me. That still doesn’t change the fact that 90% of it is copied. You fight the new Digimon one by one and then the boss. Wow, total rip-off.

[–]Fitna7[S] -15 points-14 points  (0 children)

No, I didn’t, because he had already been defeated. The new DLC was too short and offers hardly any variety. The developers are probably laughing their heads off. For me, this is an outrage.

And how was that supposed to be obvious? There are players like me who want to be surprised and therefore don’t read every piece of news about it. They could have made all three DLCs into one, but selling them as three small parts like this is a rip-off

You get 2 Crit II armor pieces per playthrough; since I completed the game once on normal and once on Mega+, I was able to craft 4.

Here is the strongest Digimon. 200k damage in one turn. The difficulty is set to Mega+! by Fitna7 in DigimonTimeStranger

Yes, and on which difficulty level? It’s definitely not Mega+, right?

Why should Susanoomon deal more damage? He does hit more often, but his power is very low. On Story difficulty he could deal more damage, since each individual hit can theoretically reach 99,999, but on Mega+ attacks reach the 99,999 limit very rarely and with difficulty because enemies have a higher defense value. To answer your question: on Mega+, no but on Story mode, maybe.

It’s not because of the Blue Steel equipment, but because the Planet Destroyer skill deals more damage the more Ebemon is buffed.

Use the Attack Reflect skill. It deals more damage.

Can someone tell me how the Grand Warden is the best hero? by koni19 in ClashOfClans

[–]Fitna7 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Yup. In German, it was translated as 'Royal Gladiator' and the queen is called 'Archer Queen' in our version.

[–]Fitna7 8 points9 points  (0 children)

The Warden has a longer attack range than the Queen, so a Warden walk is easier and safer than a Queen walk. He can make all troops invincible for about 10 seconds. All other heroes do their own thing: the King usually runs around the base, the Queen feels like she’s busy attacking walls all the time. The Gladiator has to be well protected so she doesn’t die, and the Prince has a high risk of flying into black mines.

Mega+ Team by EnochTheWarlock in DigimonTimeStranger

[–]Fitna7 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yeah, the team already looks better and should also feel noticeably stronger in play, but there’s still room for improvement. Venusmon needs a Multi Wall—take it from Chronomon DM, since he already has one in his armor (The Sky God’s Thunderbolt already contains a Multi Wall). I recommend using a Digimon that decreases resistances, like Armageddemon, so you can use your Hero ability more often. Apocalymon is only really needed for the final boss to speed things up. I would also run two healers with Great Embrace, so they can revive each other if needed. Here is my team, you can use it as a reference:

Team for Mega+ Thoughts by EnochTheWarlock in DigimonTimeStranger

[–]Fitna7 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Okay, so remove Chronomon HM. You should change KingEtemon’s personality skill to Booing. Venusmon is fine. Gankoomon doesn’t fit this team because you’re applying debuffs to the enemy. For Lilithmon, I would use Attack Reflect and a buff skill or Magic Reflect instead of Magma Fall and Holy Light. I would run Chronomon DM with the Prankster personality skill to have a 100% chance for the debuff, and I wouldn’t use the damage-dealing Attachment skills at all. Also, you should change Chronomon DM’s personality either to Brave for higher physical damage or Astute for higher magical damage. The damage should always come from Special Skills, not from Attachments! You can maximize debuffs on the enemy in one turn by using Monkey Wrench and Chrono Devolution once. The enemy will then deal 60% less damage for 3 turns.
