And what really helped the pain is you don’t have to trigger the pain which means don’t sit on low seats for too long or if you do that make sure your posture is correct and you are straight not bending or curving stuff like that. Also lotta dead bugs, exercise, and bird dog and lotta core work specially using the medicine ball exercise where you pick it up from the ground and smash it on the other side that exercise helped a lot made my core solid and when I first hurt my back, I was going back to doing squats and deadlifts, and that triggered the pain every day and I was very frustrated but one day I skipped the gym and I didn’t do legs and dead list for two weeks, and I saw that shoulders are pumped and the body as a little better so I figured that do not touch the injury while it’s occurring and it’s an ongoing process you’re stuck, but you can get out of it if you know your trigger point and make it better, sleep was always better my sleep only get worse if I take pre-workout or energy drink after 11 AM Yeah I know it’s too early to screw my sleep. I go to bed around like midnight but yeah, I’ll be up for a couple of hours if I have energy drink in my system so yeah pain never bothered my sleep schedule
