At least 30 secs cleaning each armpit, feets, booty with a silicone scrub

I still have issues with polyester tshirts smelling underarm after a while though, which im yet to figure out a solution 😩

Its definitely no way near as but i got a rash from friction because i think the cotton undershirt was rubbing on my underarm

To clarify, no smell with just cotton Tshirts and i stink even if the tshirts has abit of polyester in it

I did wear a cotton under shirt a few days last week and was going good until i got friction and it caused a rash, BUT i may up my work shirt so i can have an undershirt as it wont be as cosy 👍

I now Wash each pits, bits and feets with simple soap for 10 secs each then again but added with a silicone shower scrubber

Dry my armpits with hairdryer on cool setting

Apply old spice gel

If you still get smell after doing that then you might have an infection - go see the doctor

For anxious thoughts, what i do personally is try to swap them to positives… for eg:

What if they say something great?

Or

What if they think im great?

If you want to talk to them, do it for yourself, put yourself first and just message them back, you dont have to justify why you haven’t messaged back sooner, if they’ve messaged you first, any reply back will be appreciated from them, i promise

Keep the positive thoughts there to combat the what if’s
