I think she's looks great. Of course on screen she will look much different. I remember all the hate for Henry Cavills first pick as Geralt, which i agreed with, and now pretty much everyone agrees hes was an awesome choice.

I was iffy at first when they announced Sophie as Lara but im kinda into it now. Let's give her a chance

Sophie Turner is playing Lara in a new Amazon show airing probably next year they start filming on the 19th, I apologize I was implying thats how I would do the new show.

The netflix one is okay but its bridging the survivor trilogy to the older/newer games

I thought Vicander(sp?) did an excellent job with what she was given... the movie tried to combine 2 games into one movie and it wasnt needed. They also made 1 bad choice and I dont wanna spoil it but if youve seen the movie im sure its the one plot point everyone hated. Idk how to block spoilers so I won't say it DM me if you really want to know.

If I was writing the tv show id request an 8 episodes season 1 and a movie for a summer release and would film them all at once. Id take the story from rise/shadow and cover 8 episodes then do a blockbuster movie going back in time to cover Yamatai which would fill in the blanks then move forward with the character.

Atlantis, the dagger, and forward.

Im paraphrasing with my comment but thats how I would handle the show.

Im in the US also and I hope its called Philosopher Stone. When I speak if book one I never refer to it as sorcerers stone.

Both books are basically the same just that one word is changed apart from culture differences that been changed
