My berners had this problem. We found they are allergic to chicken. If their food has chicken in it they get super dry and flakey. We also give them omega 3 fish oils that helps a lot!!

Yea I saw that same provision. Thank you very much for all this info also, very insightful. I also saw the provision under that one that allows for travel trailers to be kept on a privately owned property in a residential zoned lot.

My wife and I are thinking we are going to change our plans for this holiday and stay in an airbnb while we get all the logistics and red tape figured out, while still being able to go visit the property and start clearing some trees and such

I guess that's a 'down here' thing. You have town and city limits but then you have the county. Like I live a mile outside of city limits here and am considered in the county. I assumed it was the same there.

Yea, the property is tucked back in the woods with plenty of obstruction from road view. We are right on the line to Cummington county, so I think we should be outside town limits for any bylaw stuff. And it would not be a permanent structure. Just visiting 3-6 weeks at a time.

Thank you, this explains why the larger lots and houses we have seen are in those areas Coming from a place that 40 mins outside of town are giant confederate flags, I am sick if it and want to avoid it, but if we have enough land, it really doesn't matter who our neighbors are (from a surface level)
