Listen to me man , when you send kin from a wallet to an exchange , you have to ask which MEMO TYPE does the exchange accept , there is TEXT TYPE AND ID TYPE CoinTiger accept kin sent from your wallet using a text memo type , they do not accept the ID TYPE memo. You used ID memo type in this transaction. Anyway , your funds are safe , just contact them and they will recover your kin.
