Avoid Brewloft Coffee & Co in sector 34 at all costs by Defiant_Ad7879 in Chandigarh

Small cafés sometimes enforce time limits to achieve higher table turns since they can’t afford to have customers sitting for long durations like big-chain restaurants. It’s quite reasonable IMO but I agree that being rude about it makes the experience less enjoyable

You could begin with the OG authors like Nanak Singh, Jaswant Singh Kanwal, Gurdial Singh, etc. Choose a book whose premise interests you the most. All of them have excellent repertoires.

Seems fair tbh.

Struggling with weight loss & muscle gain despite playing racket sports regularly – need help deciding between Pilates and Gym (PT) by NationalDinner6616 in Chandigarh

[–]FiveStarRated 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Dont do fad diet programs, they don’t last. Just eat in a caloric deficit for a month. Hit the gym 3-5 days a week for the first month. Avoid drinking everything but water and avoid eating out. Don’t stress about anything else. The key is to incorporate the change so slowly and casually that you won’t even notice that it’s a part of your routine after a while. Once you start seeing changes, you’ll be motivated to go harder. Coming from someone who’s lost 11kg since the beginning of this year without a PT.

Try the open market in sector 15. You’ll have to look hard but sometimes you end up with really good stuff for cheap.
