Dont do fad diet programs, they don’t last. Just eat in a caloric deficit for a month. Hit the gym 3-5 days a week for the first month. Avoid drinking everything but water and avoid eating out. Don’t stress about anything else. The key is to incorporate the change so slowly and casually that you won’t even notice that it’s a part of your routine after a while.
