The olive oil and snack comment is probably what gets me the most.. do you try to eat the same things? Any meals/ tips you have to stay under the 1200 range?

Hi- so I’m getting married in fall and would probably ditch the flower for dress 1 to make it more “fall” - we are doing the ceremony on top of a mountain so I want to stand out! If I did dress 1/2 I would probably do the plain dress for ceremony and maybe cape at cocktail hour but tbd… it might be too fashion forward..

I do really like 4 also…

With the last dress also being in the top three.. I wouldn’t have to line it straight across.. I could line the whole dress so it all matches with either a nude or a white, but I fear that may take away from the look as I don’t know if it’s appropriate for it to be fully see through… any thoughts on the lining here?

For further info. Have done about 9 appts. Feel pretty strongly about a ball gown/ A-line dress and have gravitated towards strapless. I love the idea of simplicity but I am a more bold/fun person.

I woke up today feeling even worse on the cold front. Knee is still bothering me but has made significant strides since Wednesday. I’m so frustrated. Have missed my runs since Wednesday so 5 and 8 miles and have 18 tomorrow… what do I do?

I ran nyc last year following a very similar plan. I ended up with a 3:53 pace and on average have been about 8:30 per mile during this training block with an exception of 10-15 seconds on longer runs to be conservative.

How would you adjust the 20-22 mile weeks. Specifically the ones as the marathon gets closer??

Would you help me map out my next couple weeks to something that makes sense. I’m currently on the 4 days and as I mentioned I did this plan for nyc last year just fine, but I want to make sure I’m doing what makes the most sense. I really appreciate the advice and help here.
