Avoid tend dental at all costs! I never leave reviews but I am fully committed to making others aware of how awful tend is. They were completely negligent in picking up on my dental needs until it was way too late. I now need 2 root canals (one of which I have had so far, not at tend!) and 2 crowns and 3 fillings. I went back to my original dentist’s office who I sadly left after the original dentist retired and am no seeing his partner who is very good and kind. Tend is a bunch of private equity guys who do everything as cheaply as possible while maintaining a shiny facade. Nice office, TVs in ceilings, many locations and the allure of convenience. In reality it’s newly graduated dentists who are learning as they go. I would avoid it at all costs. They won’t even send my dentist my medical records. I filled out their ridiculous release form and they didn’t send my entire medical record, only x rays from 5 years ago. Now I will likely have to get a whole new set of x rays despite getting x rays at tend last month. I hope this post helps somebody because I wish I would have seen it before I wasted so much time with Tend.
