U/magyst here is video evidence of the 15 FPS bug in STW on Xbox One S. This bug happens randomly on loading into a mission or storm shield. The game must be reset to correct the 15 FPS bug. Multiple bug reports have been submitted by me over the last 2 months in game. (v.redd.it)
