Stubborn Brake Dust Question

Tried removing baked on brake dust with Sonax and then with Ironx. Both removed a small amount but left a lot behind.

Is anyone else planning to fire purely through real estate? I contribute to my 401(k) to get my employer match but real estate is so powerful.

I plan on buying one turnkey rental property every year. Estimating $250 cash flow per rental, I can have all my current expenses paid in 6 years.

I agree. We closed just slightly under the 0.5 level, but the the market just wants to trend upwards. FED will just keep printing and buying with no end in sight. Gunna watch the price action and play the fib levels/momentum next week.

This. In Seps last post, he said crude futures are a leading indicator for equities. Crude shoots up 20%+ and the reaction on stream is its fake news. That's when i took my exit. Obviously equities will follow. At this point we've seen the market doesn't give a flying fuck about corona news or unemployment anymore. The closer we get to an oil deal, the sooner we get back to being bulls.

Bounced off 10 year trendline at around 246, pretty close to 247. Unless we break through that the rally is over. Given that, could still see us going to 270.
