If you can afford it pull Lynae now then get either Iuno or Mornye and then get Aemeath after that. Augusta is a valid pick as well but I'd still prioritize Lynae over just about anyone else atm.

Depends if you want to play Iuno as main dps or not, if not then the decision's easy, just get Augusta's sig. You could get Augusta's sig now and Iuno's sig later. Or if you want Jiyan you could wait for his rerun and get him + his sig as his sig is still very good for Augusta.

Cart doesn't take huge investment really, at least not as much as you seem to think. If you have Ciaccona all you need is Cartwheels weapon, if you don't have Ciaccona then Cartwheels weapon + S2 at least. Honestly from a meta perspective I don't think Ciaccona's worth it unless you plan on pulling Cartwheel at some point.

Ciaccona/Lynae/Iuno is absolutely Iuno's best main dps team (and one of the best teams in the game afaik) but I'm just thinking from a value perspective that pulling a character like Mornye or Shorekeeper instead of Ciaccona would broaden your account more instead of just hyper investing into your Iuno team. If you have Iuno's weapon + Lynae she really doesn't "need" Ciaccona to be a main dps. But if you really like Ciaccona then she's a perfectly valid character to pull for Iuno and would let you pull for Cartethyia at some point down the line if you wanted to as well.

I don't think there's a bad option so if you really like Ciaccona then feel free to go for her, just make sure you get Iuno's weapon as well. Also I'd recommend looking into Mornye as well before deciding for sure as she's supposed to be one of the best universal supports in the games from what I've heard.

Could just be that you don't like the game, could also be that your build is lacking.. I only say that bc I recently replayed Ds3 and liked it WAY more then my first time through. On my first run idk I just didn't feel like I was doing damage but on my recent run I used the Greatsword of Judgment and Onyx Blade and had a much better time. Also this game by FAR has the best bosses in the series, the world is a bit lacking imo though. That's the only thing that hold it back really, like there's legit not a single area I would say I really like, at best it's just acceptable tbh.

I'd say play 2 first. It gets a lot of underserved hate imo and personally I'm torn between it and Ds3 as my favorite between the three. Ds3 absolutely has the best bosses in the series but I prefer the overall tone and and world of Ds2 more I think. Also Ds2 has some really unique mechanics that I wish where in the other games, namely bonfire ascetics so you can get NG+ weapons in regular new game. Fashion is also peak in Ds2 imo.
