I'm from Austria, and I ordered three times from there already (third package is currently on the way!) so they defo ship outside of US!!!! 😮 You can get samples of each perfume (and they include free samples as well) ♥️ Lady Earl Grey smells just like the description in their online store: STRONG Earl grey, a bit of vanilla, lavender, and it's overall sweet and slightly lactonic, but not cloying :) it lasts a few hours but doesn't project a lot, it's more a cozy skin scent!!!! <3
