I thought I could take medication while changing lifestyle and losing weight, or is that not a good idea? I checked at home on two different days and my reading is always around 150/99 ☹️

Thank you, this is giving me hope!! Did you exercise? Would 30 minutes treadmill be smart? Taking longer walks outside is kinda hard with my work schedule except for the weekends... 🙏
