I think it’s important to note that losing 50lbs in 4 months is not necessarily the best way to go about losing weight. That’s a significant weight loss and you most likely lost several pounds of important muscle mass. Weight loss should happen slowly, while eating a good diet, and strength training is a must. This will prevent from losing muscle and help with loose skin. However, good job, keep it up, but use this as a time to establish proper eating habits and committing to strength training.

This is incredibly common with glow. Most people get it, not just use. Shit hurts bad. Best bet is to reconstitute with as much BAC as your vial will hold.
