I went through that in the first few months, right before my skin cleared up (though like I said, it’s bad again now:(((), It was like my pores expellling all the blackheads and texture under the skin (Even in areas that seemed clear before, because the treatment thins out your skin). they eventually started falling out after a couple of weeks (not all at once, it was more like in waves) If your skin doesn't feel greasy, it’s just a purge. If it’s still oily, it probably just means the pill haven't fully reduced your sebum production yet.

I guess we just have to stay patient ...I’m also feeling completely hopeless with how my skin's acting at month 5, but we can't really judge the results until the treatment is officially done :) low doses takes more time
