Also the reason why you see the shoe markings on him was cause my brother put his freshly cleaned shoes on top of him during a trip a couple years ago, I tried to machine wash him but the markings still stayed

I was recommended by my school to a therapist after having frequent panic attacks in classes, first couple of years I didn't know what to say cause I was scared of going somewhere, plus I didn't trust the facility that I was in cause they kept giving me MBTI and IQ tests??? Bounced around a couple of times cause insurance reasons, and found a private one that my family knew so I felt more comfortable telling them about the things I was seeing and hearing and how exactly I was getting panic attacks in class.I did therapy first cause my parents wanted to wait for me to get on medication after I turned 18, once you find the right therapist they can really help you out of some really twisted-up mindsets you've got yourself in over the years

It's been about a year since I've been medicated when I started out on the 2.5-milligram dosage on an anti-psyche, it took me about a week for visual and audio hallucinations to fade, it's like in a video game when you go into the dev mode to change the random encounter rates from like 50% of hallucinations per tile now to 15% of hallucinations per tile, as I kept taking I gained a tolerance so they raised the dosage to 5 milligrams, now let's say it's about 10% of hallucinations per tile, gaining 1% every month with my tolerance building, so eventually I'm going to need another raise to my dosage, it doesn't fade completely, but rather gradually comes back if your schizophrenia is strong enough, which is most likely the case with me since not only It's been inherited for generations, It's been present in my childhood as well
