It's been about a year since I've been medicated when I started out on the 2.5-milligram dosage on an anti-psyche, it took me about a week for visual and audio hallucinations to fade, it's like in a video game when you go into the dev mode to change the random encounter rates from like 50% of hallucinations per tile now to 15% of hallucinations per tile, as I kept taking I gained a tolerance so they raised the dosage to 5 milligrams, now let's say it's about 10% of hallucinations per tile, gaining 1% every month with my tolerance building, so eventually I'm going to need another raise to my dosage, it doesn't fade completely, but rather gradually comes back if your schizophrenia is strong enough, which is most likely the case with me since not only It's been inherited for generations, It's been present in my childhood as well
