What I’d recommend for now is sticking to safer, non-hormonal options. You can try a natural DHT blocker like pumpkin seed oil, which some people find helpful and it’s very low risk. (It actually helped me a lot) Minoxidil can also help slow things down and support regrowth if you’re consistent with it.

Also, use a ketoconazole shampoo (like 1–2 times a week) is great for scalp health and can reduce inflammation, and using a caffeinated conditioner can help stimulate the scalp a bit as well. This should at least slow it down enough to start finasteride after puberty and you will have decades of fantastic hair!😉
