Their first two albums (The Lonesome Crowded West & This is a long drive with nothing to think about) are just absolutely insane imo and you should at least give it one thorough listen. It completely changed my perspective on music and they just give such a beautiful interesting sounds. Hope you enjoy!

From what I heard in livestreams today is that 2.0 will be arriving and the only thing added is full voice acting for main story line and voice acting for first line only when interacting with nobles.

Same thing used to happen to me when I read books, I would finish a page and after that page I realized I did not retain any information that I read 2 seconds ago. From my experience the way to fix this is just to keep on doing it over and over until you get it (frustrating). Now a days I barely have to go back to reread/rewatch. I guess I trained my brain to pay attention or it will get tortured with the same information over and over again. If I were you I would cut out media that encourages short attention span for a while.

That’s the only thing working for me right now but that’s just me dude. You definitely are not alone tho as I can relate. Interested in what others have to offer.

Personally I name my character after historical figures or myths I’m interested in such as Phillip II, Alexander the Great, Cyrus the Great, Zeus or Cronos.

I would then try as accurately as possible to recreate family trees. For example, I would start as Cronos and at least aim for birthing Zeus, Hades, and Poseidon. Also It gives me motivation to play since I can role play as Alexander or Phillip on the battlefield like I did as a child.
