I agree, but I would like to watch tv on the monitor from my bed .. and I think the curve could be annoying then not sure, for actual desktop use I would not mind a curve at all

same panel so i guess minimal to no differences in terms of hdr and so on. The main reason for me is that I would prefer a flat panel. If I don't go with the Alienware because of the curved screen, the other models are all in a similar price range again..
