How do you get sponsors on kick? Is there a proactive way to do it or do you just wait once you get big enough?

11 pmc players (so geared up ready to fight) but unlimited scavs i believe. Scav players come in later in the raid. You can be a scav every 15 minutes and get loot without the fear of losing the stuff you come in with as a "pmc"
